Eligibility & Age Requirement (18+)

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to apply as a creator, submit videos, or receive financial disbursements. By checking the age confirmation during onboarding or submission, you warrant that you are 18 or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from contributing or appearing in any video.

Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

You retain full copyright and moral rights in your original recordings. We do not take ownership or transfer intellectual property away from creators. By uploading a submission, you grant The Pink Room a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free (subject to the agreed compensation described herein), transferable license to host, review, transcode, and distribute the approved submission.

Strictly Non-Explicit & Safety Standards

The Pink Room is dedicated solely to sound relaxation and ASMR content. Submissions must remain strictly non-explicit and non-pornographic. Knee length skirts must be worn at all times across the entire runtime. Creators must sit on a chair and table setup and keep the camera positioned at knee level on a stable mount; holding the camera while recording is strictly prohibited. Performances must be rhythmic, gentle, and safe.

Guaranteed Compensation & Minimum Threshold

Every accepted video earns a guaranteed, flat rate of $10.00 USD, permanently stored with your submission record. First withdrawal unlocks upon accumulating at least 8 approved, unpaid videos ($80.00 USD). Subsequent payouts also require 8 approved videos.

Non-Reversible Finality of Paid Videos

Once a payout is released and confirmed with an official banking transaction reference, paid videos are marked Final and cannot be revoked, clawed back, or deducted. You own your earnings permanently.

Content Revisions & Editorial Review

Our editorial team reserves the right to review submissions for audio quality, framing, and guidelines. When an issue is addressable (such as a temporary background sound or minor lighting adjustment), we issue a Revision Request allowing you to re-upload without penalty.

Account Creation & Verification

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and maintain only one creator account unless support authorizes otherwise. We may verify age, account ownership, payout details, and information needed to prevent fraud or comply with law.

Creator Obligations & Content Standards

You are responsible for creating original, lawful, non-explicit recordings that follow the current guidelines. Do not upload material involving minors, non-consenting people, unsafe conduct, deceptive metadata, malware, or content that infringes another person’s rights.

Payment Processing, Taxes & Fees

The standard rate and threshold shown at upload govern eligible submissions, subject to the review and payment rules in these Terms. Payment methods, timing, currency conversion, processor charges, and local bank fees can vary by country. You are responsible for taxes and reporting obligations on your earnings.

Fraud, Duplicates & Account Suspension

Duplicate submissions, manipulated metadata, payment abuse, impersonation, referral abuse, or attempts to bypass review may be rejected and may result in withheld processing, suspension, termination, or referral to authorities where appropriate. We may restrict access while investigating suspected abuse.

Payment Errors, Refunds & Disputes

If a payment fails, is reversed by a processor, or is sent using incorrect details supplied by you, we may pause the payout and request correction. Report billing or payout issues promptly to notifications@pinkroom.online. We will review disputes using account, submission, ledger, and payment records.

Termination & Effect of Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for guideline violations, fraud, legal requirements, security risks, or material breach. Clauses about ownership, licenses already granted, payment records, confidentiality, disputes, liability, and taxes survive termination where applicable.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided subject to availability and reasonable operational safeguards; no approval time, income level, or uninterrupted service is guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, The Pink Room is not liable for indirect losses, processor outages, network failures, or events outside its reasonable control.

Governing Law, Changes & Contact

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the platform operator’s jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer or creator protections that apply to you. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date. Questions, notices, and support requests should be sent to notifications@pinkroom.online. Please obtain independent legal advice before relying on these Terms as a formal contract.
