All submitted audio and video recordings are stored in private, access-controlled storage. Video assets are NEVER made publicly discoverable or indexed by search engines. Video playback is protected via authenticated endpoints with server authorization checks: only you (the contributing creator) and authenticated platform administrators can view or stream your private recordings.

Faceless Anonymity & Creator Identity

We celebrate and uphold faceless creators. You are never required to display your legal name publicly; your chosen Display Name is used for submission logs and communications. Your real identity and country of residence are used solely for age verification and tax/financial disbursement compliance.

Financial & Payout Information Handling

To deliver payouts via Wise, Mobile Money, Local Bank Transfer, or Direct Deposit (ACH), we collect routing details, bank identifiers, phone numbers, or payment emails. We use industry-standard encryption and never store raw unencrypted sensitive banking pins or credentials. Payment details are used exclusively to process verified creator disbursements.

Data Retention & Account Rights

You have the right to inspect your account details, submission records, and earnings ledger at any time through your dashboard. If you choose to delete your creator account, any pending unapproved drafts will be permanently purged from our servers.

Who Controls Your Data

The Pink Room operates this creator platform and acts as the data controller or equivalent responsible operator for information processed through this site. For privacy questions or requests, contact notifications@pinkroom.online with the subject “Privacy Request”.

What We Collect and Why

We collect account and contact details to create and secure your account; recording metadata and uploaded files to review and deliver the service; payout and tax information to process eligible payments; and support messages, audit records, and technical logs to operate, troubleshoot, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited information where required by law or needed to protect another person or the platform.

Security Incidents

We use access controls, least-privilege administration, private storage, authenticated streaming, and monitoring appropriate to the service. If a security incident creates a legally reportable risk, we will investigate, contain it, preserve evidence, and provide notices to affected people or authorities when required.

Children, Deletion & Governing Contact

The platform is for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. To request account deletion or report child data, email notifications@pinkroom.online.
